Inspiration – “The process of being mentally stimulated to do or feel something, especially to do something creative.”
Being inspired can take many forms and can show up in a variety of different ways in our life.
I think our senses become heightened and we experience altered time and a very different pace when inspiration ‘hits us’. The urge to create and connect becomes irresistible, and the amplification of our awareness is enhanced by the awe and beauty before us.
I picked the photo above because I feel that nature is inspiring and it brings me into a place where I feel expansive and free!

5 Inspired to take care of yourself in a profound way
6 Inspired to release and let go of something difficult, in order to heal
7 Inspired to grow
8 Inspired to ‘change your ways’
9 Inspired to slow down and breathe
10 Inspired to make a difference
11 Inspired to get out in nature
12 Inspired to step up and step in to something wonderful (yet scary)
13 Inspired to laugh and play more
