Take a Step


Have you had a desire to start something new or create a change in a different direction?
Stepping into a new place can seem daunting and overwhelming, and
many times what holds us back is seeing the movement as one, big scary shift that can ultimately freeze us from taking action.
Instead of becoming overwhelmed by it all, think of just taking one, small baby step moving forward.  Taking this first step is the initiation of recognizing what you want and where you want to go.
Let this be the launching pad for your path ahead.  Keep your first step clear and simple, and give yourself time to adjust, plan and continue to move gently into the next step and the one after that.  Once you take that first step, momentum gets started and it becomes easier to continue moving ahead.
There is power in taking the first step.  Decide to ‘step in’ my friends.
