Pause

Have you heard the saying,” Stop and smell the roses?”

What happens when we take time to pause and notice the moment?

It creates space.  And when we have space there is room for awareness, growth, understanding and healing to occur.

What pauses can you consciously take this week to bring peace, awareness and more space into the moment?  (while at work, eating, walking, shopping, dancing, spending time with friends, taking time for yourself, etc)

Be in the Question:
“What will I gain from pausing this week and being fully in the moment?” 

Positive Affirmation:
“I choose to take time to pause, connect and ‘smell the roses’ this week, and my life is full of amazing nuances because of it.”
