Natural Time

It can be so easy to fall into a rut of trying to fit a square peg into a round hole sometimes.  Pushing our selves to what I call the “Have To’s”, instead of honoring the flow and being in the “Get To’s.”  (I have to do this vs I get to do this – because I choose it.)

If we check in with our own unique time, it allows us to connect to the true essence of who we are, how we want to get things done, and when.
This is called Natural Time.

A great example of this is looking at the time our bodies wake up each morning (if we didn’t “Have To” get up with our alarm.)  Most people would fall into a time that feels right for them to wake up naturally on their own.

This week, see if you can give your self room and space to honor your own Natural Time.   Move when you want to move, stop when you want to stop and keep listening to your body, mind and spirit to help guide you in finding your Natural Timing this week.

How long do you want to stay in bed before your feet hit the floor?

When does it feel good to stop and rest your eyes during the day?

What can you do to be in the flow of giving yourself what you need,
when you need it?
