Growth

Spring has sprung!  Buds on the trees are blooming and plants are sprouting out of the soil, creating a cornucopia of fresh new growth around us.
This is the time of year when we ‘get the itch’ to create something new, change directions, revamp our space and stretch ourselves in ways that can be exciting, but also uncomfortable.  
Remember being a kid and going through a growth period where you grew several inches in a short amount of time?  Sometimes our bodies ached or we needed more rest and more food.   The same can apply here.  Make sure you are aware of the addition support you need physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually when going through growth. 
Growth is about allowing oneself to unfold and trusting the process with an abundance of gentleness and kindness.  Continue to ask yourself, “What do I need to support this growth right now?”, and be sure to tend to it.
Celebrate growth periods in your life, even if they get uncomfortable or messy during the transition time.  Because when we grow, we expand, and we gain strength and more resilience when we do so.  Enjoy the growth process my friends.  There is much to gain when you do.  
Be in the Question 
“Where am I noticing new growth in my life?  What areas do I need to ‘water’ and tend to a little bit more, in order to help them thrive, blossom and grow?”  
 
Positive Affirmation
      “Seeds have been planted and I am tending to their growth, and I thrive on the opportunity to become more than I could ever imagine! “
