What do you feel physically?
What do you experience mentally and emotionally through your feelings?

Give yourself space this week to feel.  Feel what’s there for you in the moment.
Feel the fullness of what you are experiencing and give it acknowledgement to simply just be.

Feel your breath
Feel your skin
Feel alive
Feel frustrated
Feel the music
Feel gratitude
Feel your feelings

Be okay feeling what you feel and honor where you are when you are there!
