Discover something NEW!

This week is about discovery and experiencing something new in your life. Here are a few examples (to get you thinking):
-Find a new park or walking trail to explore
-Check out a new restaurant in a different neighborhood
-Take a class or course that is out of your comfort zone a bit
-Shop at a different grocery store than you usually shop at
-Do a MeetUp
-Travel to a small town and explore the area
Doing new things in our lives creates new neuro-pathways in our brain and it helps keep us sharp.  If gives our brain new things to process and think about so we continue to learn, grow and expand.

      “I welcome and choose to experience new things in my life.”
