De-stress and Dance!

Baby, it’s cold outside!  It’s also a busy time of year.  Hustle and bustle, parties and gatherings.
I find that giving our body space to move and groove is a wonderful way to shake off the stress, warm up our muscles and connect to pure, authentic joy.
I encourage you to ‘bust a move’, ‘cut a rug’ and ‘shake a dirty hip’ this week. Just dance my friends. . . .DANCE! 
Whether you are dancing in your living room by yourself, or out at club with hundreds of people, give yourself the gift of head to toe movement this week. 
A Sunday morning JADE class is another way to get your dance groove on!
It’s fun and no prior dance experience is necessary to attend. Just show up and dance!  (See above for more details)
