Feed your soul with dance/movement and let the music take you to places that bring you blissful intensity that feels good on all levels for your being.

Dancing releases endorphines, strengthens our bodies, and allows us to express, emote and charge ourselves with positive energy.

This week, put on some of your favorite music and dance (like no one is watching).  Let go, find freedom, release stress and allow yourself to play.
