Welcome to the official ‘jump start’ of the holiday season.  Today is Black Friday, where people are out and about shopping and searching for the best deals in town.
Driving, parking, shopping and waiting in long lines can become stressful, so this week our focus is all about bringing music into our life that helps promote a positive effect on our nervous system.
What music calms your down, creates joyful thoughts and feels peaceful to soul?  See if you can incorporate more consciously chosen music into your daily life this week and become aware of how it supports you during times of stress.  (Play it at home, in your office, in your car, while working out or even when you’re shopping.)
