An Attitude for Gratitude


When things get rough, it can be so easy to drop into what’s NOT working in our lives instead of being grateful for what IS working.

“Today I am grateful for the food in my cupboards and the running water I have in my home.”

“Today I am grateful for technology so that I can send you a newsletter in order to stay connected and share.”

“Today I am grateful for the people in my life who are joyful, positive, supportive and full of love.”

What are YOU grateful for?  Make a list today and read it every morning this week.  This is a very quick and easy way to shift your attitude into one of gratitude.
