Shake Things up a Bit

Scarf dancersThis week is about getting out of your normal routine, habits and comfort zone to shake things up a bit.

Doing so gives us the opportunity to experience new things, explore diversity and to stretch us in ways that can leave us feeling at energized!

I have personally experienced relocating my office to the lower level of my home this past week and I have to say it has definitely shaking things up a bit. 

I find I’m on my computer less and I’m also notice I’m forgetting to do my normal tasks because I’m out of my usual routine and familiar 4 walls.  I see this as a good thing because it’s helping me create new pathways in my brain to restructure how I do my work.

“What things can I do to shake up my life a little bit this week?  How can I stretch out of my comfort zone and into something new?”
      Positive Affirmation
      “I enjoy shaking things up a bit in my life. It keeps me on my toes and out of my comfort zone so I can continue to grow, shift and change”
